A student in secondary school got a big surprise when a seagull decided to swoop down and grab his ham sandwich from his hands. Student (who`s name was asked not to be mentioned) had just sat down on a bench with his friends when a seagull spotted the ham sandwich in his hands and swooped down to steal the boys lunch. Other seagulls shortly joined in and the boy was left with without any lunch causing him to go hungry the whole day. Others who saw this take place told us " He had just sat down with us and it literally swooped down and stole it, i was trying to keep in my laughter in but i couldn`t".
Others we asked did not want to say anything due to embarrasment for their friend. This has now been more than a couple of times the seagulls have striked and we think that we as a country much do something about these seagulls. Many animal specialists may deem this to be their normal behaviour but it has gone on long enough.
