Bloomington- A Black Panther has been spotted in the Nature Preserve East end of Griffey Lake on Friday July 6th. The Panther is aggressive in nature and has attempted to chase and try to attack several hikers and joggers in the area near Headly Road.
DNR is currently investigating these appearances from the cat who is thought to either be a former pet or an escaped cat from the feline sanctuary in a nearby county.
