According to the City of East Cleveland Police, Jamir Baldwin, (18), was walking home from Sam's Deli on Woodworth in East Cleveland at 8:13 p.m today, when shots fired out of the Sam's Deli parking lot where Jamir collapsed with a gunshot wound to the head. Police are still under investigation of this of tragic incident of 18 year old Jamir Baldwin.
