If you have seen a 2005 black Cadillac in or near the area of Gloucester or Chepachet Rhode Island please report to police. Police chief Delprete said he got a call from the Smithfield police department about a black suv presumably a Cadillac Escalade going over 60 miles per hour in local Smithfield neighborhoods. He said if any leads on the dangerous driver call the Gloucester police immediately. No suspect is yet to be named for police is still looking for the vehicle...
