We need help naming this young male

I am writing this too appeal and see if anyone can identify this young male, all I know is that he’s using an account called ‘Katie Belshaw’ too sell items that he does not even own, he has used the account too scam 100’s of pounds from people and he is still trying it now, trying to use PlayStation 5’s as bait, we do not have the young man’s name our anonymous source would only give us a picture and that’s about as far as they would get involved. If you know this male or any of his associates will you please contact 101 and let them know. The police have been building a case previously but any help we can get will be brilliant. As above any information on the fraudster go too 101, he is described at a height around 6 ft, red/orange hair, very slim build.
He is also involved in a lot of anti social behaviour and believed to be involved with class A drugs aswell.
