We are looking for Dom Hulme for serious driving offenses, he is known to the Blackpool and surrounding areas, we would like to speak to him. Dom was seen driving a brightly colored orange motorbike, he skipped serveral traffic lights, speeding of 40mph in a 20 zone. We have a witness that did take a video of him recklessly driving around like a maniac.
