Harold Peters, of Winnipeg, Canada, ruins joke from former classmate to create a sense of levity to current tax proposal rumblings on Facebook.
When pressed for comment, Dr. Peters stated he was "too busy saving lives in the ER" to care about the hurt feelings of his colleague, although did express a willingness to consult psychiatry for him, with an air of sarcasm in his baritone voice.
At present, there are no plans by the University of Manitoba to provide Mr. Trudeau, or any other dignitary, with an honorary medical degree, seeing as this honor does not exist.
