Officials from the Chula Vista Police Department have released a statement saying that the Chula Vista resident was arrested late Friday night for selling the popular corn dish without a license. They received several calls from neighbors that Mr. Sepulveda was pushing a shopping cart up and down the street filled with corn and mayonnaise and was yelling at the top of his lungs.
