Devastating news in the farming community left millions horrified after a new disease wiped out the entire years pumpkin crops. Consumers obsessed with pumpkin flavored everything were left speechless when they realized their favorite pumpkin foods and drinks would not be available this year.
This hit particularly hard with one Oregon woman, who went on a killing spree after hearing the news. Neighbors were shocked, when after hearing the news local woman Kari M. grabbed a hoe and shovel and started tearing around town mutilating gardens everywhere. Reports from witnessing recall hearing Mrs. M saying 'if I can't have pumpkins no one will have any fresh fruits and veggies."
After several gardens were damaged beyond repair, Kari was finally stopped by her athletic son who rushed her home and gave her a coffee from her favorite coffee place. Still disappointed, it did the trick and snapped her out of her rage. When asked what were her plans for the future, Kari just shook her head and replied, 'Fall will just not be the same.'
