The Federal Bureau of Prisons have announced plans to shut down 3 prisons in Pennsylvania is a cost saving plan a spokeswoman announced in today's press release.
USP Lewisburg, FCI Allenwppd (not the USP), and FCI Schuylkill are listed to be closed no later than December 2017. All current employees and inmates will be transferred to other prisons at the need of the BOP.
