Garrett County man believed to stole Allegheny fair project on Monday July, 17 of 2017. Police say they believe a resident of Crellin Md has stile a goat from Allegheny county fairgrounds. Police say Chip Miller has been walking the fairgrounds in hopes of taking a goat home. Little did they know he had already planned a get away. The goat has been found and returned to the owner but the goat will never be the same.
