Suspect Dominic Clayton is wanted for a lewd act upon a teen 17 years of age and the theft of a pack of hot dogs. Friday, Jul. 14th, 2017 RCPD recieved an anonymous tip of a man pacing outside a womans home. By the time authorities arrived the man had already broken in and left just narrowly avoiding arrest. Hes known to be frequently spotted around the West La Loma area of the Rancho Cordova. If you see this man please call 911
