In a late night press release from the White House, Breaking News has learned that Charles Howell from Rome, Georgia has been named to a new cabinet position called the Ministry of Order and Reason.
The press release further states that the Trump Administration only recently determined the need for this cabinet position. In an exhaustive search, the Administration explained they found only one person qualified for the position. Chief of Staff Reince Priebus reports that "Howell has many years of experience in this ministerial role". Priebus refused to describe the role in more details. Priebus did say that the public will not see him in Washington but will be working remotely from home.
In an early morning phone interview with Howell, Breaking News better understands his role. One of his foundational ideas is to establish a national lottery and ensure the funds collected and not paid out in winnings will be used to reduce the national debt.
